Trauma Informed Reflective Supervision

Working in a school can be challenging and stressful, even more so in these uncertain times. Staff are managing relationships and expectations all day, often dealing with vulnerable and anxious young people and families. In other human services it is acknowledged that staff have a need for a safe space to reflect on and process the challenges and successes of their work. This is known as supervision.

In response to the growing need for staff support in schools we are offering work-based supervision for any staff member in schools.

Principals, deputy principals and members of senior leadership teams can opt for one-to-one supervision sessions for themselves to process the unique challenges facing those in leadership roles.

In addition, we can conduct small group supervision sessions with school staff.
