Trauma Informed Reflective Supervision

Working in a school can be challenging and stressful, even more so in these uncertain times. Staff are managing relationships and expectations all day, often dealing with vulnerable and anxious young people and families. In other human services it is acknowledged that staff have a need for a safe space to reflect on and process the challenges and successes of their work. This is known as supervision.

In response to the growing need for staff support in schools we are offering work-based supervision for any staff member in schools.
Individual staff can choose to join group supervision sessions with a maximum of twelve staff from other schools or schools can book individual or group supervision sessions for their own staff.
